Q: Who should attend iSolved Connect? A: iSolved Connect is for iSolved administrator-level users! It's the largest gathering of iSolved users, packed with hands-on training opportunities, CE credit classes, best-practice discussions, and all kinds of tips and tricks to help you make the most out of iSolved. You'll come away with practical and game-changing ways to improve how you use iSolved in your everyday tasks.

Q: What is an iSolved Legend? A: An iSolved Legend knows the system inside and out and is here to help you boost your knowledge of iSolved. Make an appointment at the Legend Bar, where you can learn more during a one-on-one focused experience with the opportunity to ask questions, discuss specifics, and gain insight on iSolved features.

Q. What is the price for Connect? A. The standard price is $1,295.

Q. Are there sponsorships for this user conference? A. No, the iSolved Connect User Conference is solely focused on learning. There are no third-party sponsorships. Training is centered on the iSolved platform, compliance, and HR and payroll trends.

Q. I use iSolved through a certified partner, is this conference for me? A. Yes! The iSolved Connect User Conference will bring together payroll, benefits, and HR administrators, finance professionals and technology teams from around the country, who are joined together by their usage of iSolved as their HR and payroll platform. Our focus is on educating iSolved users on best practices, tips and tricks, and the latest features and tools within the platform. Users will gain valuable insights into trends, compliance issues, overcoming common workplace challenges, and how to build more engaging cultures at their organization.

Q: What is your cancellation policy? A: Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend iSolved Connect. However, registrants may send an alternate to the event without additional charge. To request to make an attendee change please send an email to with the name, company name, phone number and email of the original attendee along with the name, company name, phone number and email of the replacement name. Transfers will be accepted up to August 31, 2018. After that date, no transfers will be accepted.

Q: What is the conference dress code? A: The dress code is business casual. We recommend layered clothing so you can stay comfortable.

Q: Which meals are included as part of my registration? A: We will host a group dinner for all attendees on Tuesday, along with breakfast and lunch each day of the conference. We will also have a cocktail reception on Monday.

Q: I have dietary restrictions. What are my options? A: We're happy to accommodate! Simply fill out the dietary form with your needs when you register.

Q: I want to extend my trip. What are my options to book additional nights at the Hyatt before/after the conference? A: You are welcome to book rooms at the discounted hotel rate for up to 3 days before the conference starts and/or 3 days after the conference ends. Enjoy the sunshine in Flagstaff!

Q: Can I bring a plus one? A: Of course! Only those registered and with a badge will be able to attend the sessions and be provided meals.
